For Homemade Brown Bread Recipe
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

200 ml of Luke Warm Water
1tbsp Sugar
1/2tsp Yeast{Buy Now}
1 cup of Wheat Flour
1/2 cup of Plain Flour Maida
1/2 cup of Oats
Tandoor/Bati Maker{Buy Now}
2tbsp Milk Powder
1tsp Salt
2tsp of Ghee
Oil as required
1tsp Sesame Seeds
1tsp butter
Aluminium foil Paper


METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Now take 200 ml of Luke Warm Water in a bowl and then add 1tbsp Sugar, 1/2tsp Yeast and stirr this well properly and keep it aside for 10 minutes.




2. Now take another a bowl and then add 1 cup of Wheat Flour, 1/2 cup of Plain Flour Maida and then add 1/2 cup of Oats, 2tbsp Milk Powder and then add 1tsp Salt and mix it well.






3. Now add the yeast mixture to this that we have prepared in 1st step and mix it well and knead it into the dough by using 2tsp of Ghee and also add 2tsp Oil to it and knead this for about 15 minutes and then add 1tsp oil to it and mix it with dough.









4. now take a bowl and grease this bowl with 2tsp oil and then add the dough into it and cover this with the damp cloth and keep it aside in a warm spot for about 45 minutes.




5. Now our Bread dough is proved and take this out from bowl and knead it for about a minute and make this into the log shape as shown in picture.




6. Now take a rectangular tin container which is greased with some oil or ghee and then add the log dough into it and press it down a little bit so that it goes into all corners and just drop little bit of water over here so that it doesn't dry out when it's fermenting or proving and cover this with damp cloth and prove it for about 45 minutes.





7. Now take a tandoor(Baati Maker) as shown in picture and some charcoal to it and cover this and heat for about 15 minutes.




8. Now our dough is proved and grease it with milk and sprinkle little bits(1tsp) of Oats as well as 1tsp Sesame Seeds.




9. Now open the tandoor and place the non stick pan on it and also place some foil paper to it and then place the prepared tin dough container on it and cover this again and heat it at low flame for about 12-15 minutes and then open the cover or Tandoor and then flip the tin container face towards left as shown in picture for about 5 minutes and similarly again flip this tin container face towards the right as shown in picture and cover it again and heat it for about 5 minutes again.








10. Now take this out and brushing it with 1tsp butter and after 5 minutes and loosen it from the edges with the help of small knife and take it out from the container and take a damp cloth and roll this bread into the damp cloth,this will make sure that the Bread crust gets soft and perfect.




11. Once the bread is cooled enough transfer this into a plastic bag or a ziplock bag.

12. Now Sliced this bread with the help of serrated knife or bread knife.
