1.5 cups of Basmati Rice (Buy Now) which we have soaked for 30 minutes

METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Take a Deep Pan and add sufficient amount of water to it and let it boil and when it starts boiling then add some salt to it and then add 1.5 cups of Basmati Rice which we have soaked for 30 minutes before and mix it well.

2. Now cover it with the lid and cook on medium heat till the rice is 3/4 done and then switch off the flame and strain the water in a bowl with the help of sieve.
3. After straining water spread this cooked rice evenly on the plate , this will help the rice to cool down faster and it will also not stick to each other.
4. Now take non stick pan and heat the 1tbsp Ghee and once the ghee is hot then add the cumin seeds(Jeera).

5. Once the cumin seeds are nicely sorted and then add cooked rice and sprinkle some Chopped Coriander Leaves and toss it well and after tossing well then add some amount of salt as well as sprinkle some water to it and lower the heat and again cover it with lid and cook it for at least 4-5 minutes.
6. Finally our Homemade Jeera Rice Recipe is ready to serve and Garnish it with Sprig of Coriander.
