INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
1 Cauliflower
1tbsp Olive Oil
1.5tbsps Chopped Garlic
3-4 roughly chopped Spring Onions
7-8 Chopped French Beans
1 Chopped Carrot
1/4 Chopped Red Capsicum
1/4 Chopped Yellow Capsicum
1/2tbsp Soy Sauce
Crushed Black Peppercorns to Taste
Salt to Taste
3tbsps Vegetable Stock
3tsps of Vinegar

METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Take a Blender Jar and add 1 Cauliflower and blend it well and finely blended cauliflower is ready.
1. Take a Blender Jar and add 1 Cauliflower and blend it well and finely blended cauliflower is ready.
2. Now add the 1tbsp Olive Oil into the non stick pan and heat it and when it gets hot then add 1.5tbsps Chopped Garlic, 3-4 roughly chopped Spring Onions and saute it well.
3. Now add 7-8 Chopped French Beans, 1 Chopped Carrot and saute it well and cook it well for 1-2 minutes.
4. Now add 1/4 Chopped Red Capsicum, 1/4 Chopped Yellow Capsicum and stirr or Saute it well and cook it well for 2-3 minutes.
5. Now add blender or finely grinded Cauliflower which we have prepared in 1st step and then add 1/2tbsp Soy Sauce, Crushed Black Peppercorns to Taste, Salt to Taste and mix it well.
6. Now add 3tbsps Vegetable Stock to it and mix it well and then cover it with lid and cook it for 2-3 minutes and then add 3tsps of Vinegar and mix it well properly.
7. Finally our Homemade Cauliflower Rice Recipe is Ready to Serve and Garnish it with Spring Onion Green.
