METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Take a container then add 1 litre milk to it and switch on the flame and then heat moderately it at low to medium flame but don't boil it and mixing it continuously with the help of utensil and when it get's hot moderately then add 1/4 cup vinegar to it.

2. Now mixing it continuously and then you will notice that it will be curdle and with in a minute all the cheese be coagulate as shown in picture and then switch off the flame.
3. Now keep this cheese on the sieve and then squeeze it with your hands so that all the whey liquid separate from it.

4. Now heat the water in the container and then add this cheese into it and then Switch off the flame and then take it out from the water and squeeze it properly so as to remove the water from it, you can also use hand gloves because it is little bit hot and then again dip this cheese into the water and then again squeeze as well as stretch this cheese.
5. This dipping and stretching process is repeated at least 3-4 times, so dip this cheese again into same water and again stretch or squeeze it properly.
6. Now take Chilled water in the container and dip this into this Chilled water and then again squeeze and stretch it properly and this process has to be repeated two times, so again dip and stretch as well as squeeze it.
7. Now cover this cheese ball with the thin plastic wrap properly so that no air contact with this Cheese ball and keep it into the fridge for at least 2hr so that it sets properly.
8. Finally our Homemade Mozzarella Cheese Recipe is ready to use and Garnish it to use in your food recipes.
