For Homemade Peanut Sauce Recipe

1 cup Peanuts
3/4 cup Coconut Milk
2 tsp Lemon Juice
Salt to Taste
1/2 tsp Brown Sugar{Buy Now}
2 tsp Satay Marinate


1. Take a blender jar and then add 1 cup of Peanuts and grind this to make into fine powder and after one spin of grind mixture open it and mix it again and then grind it well , this make sure that proper grind of Peanut is done and then add it into the non stick pan.

2. Now add 2tsp Lemon Juice, 2tsp Satay Marinate, 1/2tsp Brown Sugar, Salt to Taste.

3. Now add 3/4 cup of Coconut Milk to it and then switch on the flame and stirring it continuously and make sure that there is no any lumps and if any stage you notice that this sauce is very thick you can add little amount of water to this to adjust this consistency.

4. Now add remaining marinate and then mix it well and then let it comes to boil and then switch off the flame and some people also add soy sauce and you can also add but in this recipe we have not used any soy sauce.
