INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR SEAFOOD LASAGNA 

For Seafood Filling

3 Pounds of fresh Cleaned Shrimp

1.5 Pound of Scallops

Salt and Pepper to Taste

1 Tbsp of Paprika Powder

1/2 tbsp of Dried Parsley

1 Tbsp of Garlic Powder 

2 Tbsp Butter

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Cilantro Leaves

1 small Shallot

Red and Green Peppers

For Creamy Alfredo Sauce 

2 Pounds frozen or fresh or canned Corn

32 oz of Half and Half Buttercream

6 Tbsp Butter

16 oz Parmesan Cheese 

1 pinch of Nutmeg

1 tsp of Garlic Powder 

Other Ingredients 

Ricotta Cheese

Mozzarella Cheese

2 Boxes of Lasagna

METHOD OF PREPARATION 


1. For Alfredo Sauce, add the 6 tbsp butter in the pot and let it at medium heat for melting and then half and half or heavy cream to it.

2. Now add 1 Tbsp of Paprika powder, ground pepper to taste and mix it well.


3. Then add 16 oz Parmesan Cheese and mixing it well so that it is melted and well incorporated into the sauce.


3. Add 1 tbsp of Garlic Powder and a pinch of Nutmeg and then add 2 pounds frozen or fresh corn and cook it for 5 minutes at medium heat and finally our alfredo sauce is ready set it aside.


4. Now For Seafood Filling, Take a pan or skillet and then add 2 tbsp of skillet, 1 tbsp of Olive Oil and let it heat and then add 1.5 pound of cleaned scallops and 3 pounds of cleaned shrimp that we have cuted into small pieces. Cook it at medium heat.


5. Then add tbsp of Paprika Powder, 1 tbsp of Garlic Powder, Salt & Pepper to taste and then mix it well and add cilantro leaves just for freshness.


6. Now add chopped 1 small Shallot and half red and green bell peppers for just enhancing the flavour in the seafood mixture.


7. Then add 1/2 tbsp dried parsley or fresh parsely and cook it for just 15 - 20 minutes on medium heat and finally our seafood filling is also ready.


8. Now For Lasagna, Take a Beaker as you can see in the image in the photo tutorial section.


9. First add the some alfredo sauce on the bottom of the pan and then cover or layer it with lasagna noodle.

Note :- we have used here 3 boxes of Lasagna noodles and we have cooked it according to the instructions given on the box.


10. Now add the layer of ricotta cheese and then layer it with the prepared seafood filling or mixture and after this layer it with shredded mozzarella cheese and again another layer of Lasagna noodles.


11. Then again layer it with ricotta cheese, alfredo sauce and seafood mixture and then layer it with shredded mozzarella cheese.


12. Now again layer it with Lasagna noodles, alfredo sauce and shredded mozzarella Cheese.


13. Now bake this at 375 degrees for about 10 to 15 minutes and then hit the broil for 5 minutes for this delicious colour.
