| How to make Chicken Nuggets at Home |
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
2 chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
1 tbsp thyme
Salt & pepper
Egg mix
1egg
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp curd
3 tsp refined flour
Crumbing
2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil, for frying
Ketchup, for serving

METHOD OR PREPARATION
1. First i am using 2 boneless breast chicken and then cut this into 1 inch small square of pieces.

2. For marination, mix the chicken pieces with 2tbsp chopped thyme, salt to taste and add some dijon mustard. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
3. Now In a bowl break an egg and add salt, some crushed black pepper, 2tbsp yoghurt and mix it well. Then add 3tsp refined flour and mix it again properly & our batter is ready.
4. Now add the marinated pieces of the chicken to this batter & cover the mixture and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes for proper marination.
5. Now our marinated Chicken is ready & after that, coating the chicken pieces in breadcrumbs and let them rest in the freezer for 15 minutes.
6. Now Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the frozen chicken nuggets until crisp and golden brown or bake at 200 for 20-30 minutes & now transfer this Chicken nugget on the absorbent kitchen paper.
7. Finally for some extra flavour & colour & fry some parsley for garnishing and Crispy Chicken Nuggets is ready to serve!
