METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Take a bowl and add 1 cup whipping cream, i am using star whip brand cream , you can also use amul cream but whipping cream is best for this mango ice cream and then whisk this cream with the help of whisk for about 20minutes or you can also use hand mixer ,it takes about 6-7 minutes to convert this cream into thick cream texture. Make sure that don't use the blender jar to mix it.

2. Now add 1/2 cup Powder Sugar and 1/2 cup milk to it and also add 1/2 cup milk maid or condensed milk and also add 2 cup mango puree (for puree cut the mango into pieces and blend it to make it into puree, make sure not add into the blender for making puree) and now mix all these ingredients properly.
3. Now take one mango cut these mango same as shown in picture or cut into smaller pieces & add to to the bowl and mix it well.
4. Now place the bowl into the freezer for about 6-7hr or overnight.
5. Now our Homemade Mango Ice Cream Recipe is ready to serve and use scooper to scoop it or you can also use spoon and serve it in the serving bowl.
