For Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

1 cup All-purpose flour (Maida)
1/3 cup Cocoa powder
1/4tsp Baking powder
3/4tsp Baking soda
7 tbsp softened Butter
3/4 cup Caster sugar
Egg 1 room temperature
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Warm Milk 1/2 Cup
Chocolate Buttercream Frosting:
Softened Butter 2 Cups
Cocoa powder 1/4 Cup
Vanilla essence 1 & 1/2tsp
Salt 1 pinch
-Chocolate chips melted 1/2 Cup
Icing Sugar 3 & 1/2 to 4 Cups
METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Take a big bowl and and place the sifter on it and then add 1 cup All Purpose Flour, 1/3 cup of Cocoa Powder, 1/4tsp Baking Powder, 3/4tsp Baking Soda, sift all these together and mix it well and keep it aside.





2. Take a big bowl and add 7tbsp Softened Butter in it and add 3/4 cup Caster Sugar and beat it. During Beating also add 1 Egg, 1/2tsp Vanilla Essence, 1/2 cup Warm Milk, Dry Ingredients gradually that we have prepared in 1st Step and beat until it combined well properly.









3. Now take cupcake mould tray and add the prepared batter in it and make upto 10-12 cupcakes and after that tap the tray so as to remove air if any present in it and then bake in the preheated oven at 175°C for 20-25 minutes.

4. For Chocolate Buttercream Frosting, add 2 cups of Softened Butter in the big bowl and beat it at high speed for 4-5 minutes until it's become light and fluffy and then add 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder, 1 & 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence, 1 Pinch Salt, 1/2 cup Melted Chocolate Chips and beat it for 3-4 minutes.

5. While Beating add 3 & 1/2 Cups To 4 Cups Icing Sugar and beat it at low speed until it combined well and then beat it for 2-3 minutes at high speed until it holds its form.




6. Now take a Piling bag as shown in picture and add the Prepared chocolate buttercream frost into it and design the prepared baked cupcake as shown in picture.





7. Now Finally our Homemade Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe is Ready to Serve.
