200g Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
2 Onions
10-12 Garlic Cloves
2inch Ginger
1/3 cup of Tomato Puree
1 Bay Leaf {Buy Now}
1 Dry Red Chilli
1 Black Cardamom
1/3tsp Cumin Seeds
1/3tsp Turmeric Powder
1.25tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2tsp Cumin Powder
1/2tsp Coriander Powder
1/3tsp Garam Masala Powder
1/2tsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves {Buy Now}
4tbsp Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Turn on the flame and heat the non stick pan and then add little amount of Oil and when it gets hot and then add 200g of Paneer Cubes and cook or fry it for 1-1.5minutes and when it's colour changes then take it out from pan and keep it aside.

2. Now in the same pan add one Chopped or Sliced Onion, 10 Garlic Cloves and 2inch Ginger and then cover it with lid and cook it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame and then switch the flame off and let it cool at room temperature and then make it's paste by adding it into the grinding jar.
3. Now take a Pan and then add some amount of oil and heat it and when it gets heat then add 1 Bay Leaf, 1 Dry Red Chilli, 1 Black Cardamom, 1/3tsp of Cumin Seeds and then fry these all at medium flame for few seconds.

4. Now add 1/4tsp of Turmeric Powder, 1.25tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, 1/2tsp of Cumin Powder, 1/2tsp of Coriander Powder, 1/4tsp of Garam Masala Powder and keep the flame low and mix these all ingredients well properly and then add blended paste that we have prepared in 2nd Step and mix it well and then cover it with lid and cook it for 5-7 minutes on low flame.
5. Now Remove the lid and stir it well and then add 1/3 cup of Tomato Puree and mix it well and again cover it with lid and cook it for 5 minutes on low flame.
6. Now after 5th step add 1 cup of water and mx it well and then add 1/2 cup of Green Peas (frozen peas) {If you are using Fresh Peas then blanch it before use} and then add Salt to Taste and again cover it with lid and cook it for 8-10 minutes on low flame.
7. Now finally add Fried Paneer that we have prepared in 1st step and then cover it with lid and again cook it for at least 8-10 minutes on low flame and after that add dry fenugreek leaves (Kasuri Methi) and cover it with lid and Cook it for another 2 minutes and then switch the flame off and mix it well.
