For Sushi Recipe
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

3/4th cup of Sushi Rice
2 cups of water
Salt to Taste
1 medium Cucumber
1/2 Large Red Capsicum
2-3 Asparagus
1 small thinly sliced Salmon Fillet
1tsp Castor Sugar
1tbsp White Wine Vinegar
1 Nori Sheet


METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Take a bowl and then add 3/4th cup of Sushi Rice, 2 cups of water, Salt to Taste, stirr it well and cover it with lid and cook it till it soft and sticky.





2. Now take 1 medium Cucumber and remove the seeds and make it into long medium strips as shown in picture and then add 1/2 Large Red Capsicum and cut it similarly like a cucumber to make this into long strips as shown in picture.


3. Now take 2-3 Asparagus and cut into long strips as well and take 1 small thinly sliced Salmon Fillet.


4. Now take cooked sushi rice and then add 1tsp Castor Sugar, 1tbsp White Wine Vinegar and mix it well.




5. Now take a 1 Nori Sheet and cut it into half and add some cooked rice and then add 2 slice of cucumber and capsicum and roll it as done in the given picture.




6. Now take another half Nori Sheet and then add remaining cooked Sushi Rice and then 1 small thinly sliced Salmon Fillet and then add 2 slice of Asparagus and roll it similarly and cut the prepared rolls into the pieces as shown in picture.




7. Finally our Homemade Sushi Recipe is ready to serve with Soy Dip.
