METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Take a bowl and add 3 Eggs white in it as well as place the yolk in the separate bowl and take a bowl of egg yolk and then add 1 Chopped Green Chilli, 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves, Black Pepper Powder to Taste.
1. Take a bowl and add 3 Eggs white in it as well as place the yolk in the separate bowl and take a bowl of egg yolk and then add 1 Chopped Green Chilli, 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves, Black Pepper Powder to Taste.
2. Now add a Pinch of Turmeric Powder, Salt to Taste and mix it well properly.
3. Now take a bowl of Egg white and beat it till fluffy with the help of Electric Beater as shown in picture and then add Salt to Taste and beat it again.
4. Now take a little amount of fluffy egg white and it into the another bowl of egg yolk mixture as shown in picture as shown in picture.
5. Now a non stick pan and then add 1tsp Oil and then add the mixture that we have prepared in 4th step and spread it well and add oil around it so that it doesn't stick to this and then cover it with lid and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
6. Now take this fluffy omelette out and Finally our Homemade Fluffy Omelette Recipe is ready to serve with Tomato ketchup.
