7-8 Curry Leaves
1/2tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to Taste
1tbsp Lemon Juice
For Garnishing
Coriander Sprig
1/2tsp Chana Dal/Chickpea (Buy Now)
1/2tsp Urad Dal/Vigna Mungo {Buy Now}
2 Dried Red Chillies
7-8 Curry Leaves

METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Take a non stick pan and heat the 2tbsp Oil and then add 1/4 cup of Raw Peanuts and saute it for about 2 minutes.

3. Now add 7-8 Curry Leaves, 1/2tsp Turmeric Powder and mix it well and then add 3 cups of cooked Quinoa and mix it well again.
5. Finally our Homemade Quinoa Lemon Rice is ready to serve and Garnish it with Coriander Sprig.
