How to make Masala Oats at Home

For Homemade Masala Oats Recipe
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

2 cups Rolled Oats {Buy Now}
2tbsp Oil
1tsp Cumin Seeds
1-2 chopped Green Chillies
1 medium chopped Onion
1 medium chopped Tomato
Salt to Taste
1tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4tsp Turmeric Powder
2tbsp freshly chopped Coriander Leaves


METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Heat the 2tbsp oil in the Non Stick Pan and when it gets hot then add 1tsp Cumin Seeds and saute it well.


2. Now when the cumin seeds colour gets change then add 1-2 chopped Green Chillies and add 1 medium chopped onion, Salt to Taste so that the onion get cook fast and saute it well properly and wait until the onion colour changes into golden brown in colour and this will take about 3-4 minutes on medium heat.




3. Now add 1 medium chopped Tomato and then add Salt to taste and mix it properly and lower the heat and then cover it with the lid and cook it until the tomato gets pulpy or soft.







4. Now add 1tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1/4tsp Turmeric Powder and mix it well and then add 2 cups rolled oats and mix it again and add sufficient amount of water and then mix it again and then cover it with lid and cook it for 3-4 minutes.

Note:- Here we are using Tomatoes and Onion but you can also add or use some Vegetables like Boiled Green Peas, Carrots and Capsicum.
5. Now mix it well and then 2tbsp freshly chopped coriander leaves and again mix it well.
