INGREDIENTS REQUIRED 


1.5 cups of all purpose flour 

1/4 cup of Sugar

1 tbsp Baking powder

3/4 tsp of Salt

1 tsp of cinnamon

1/2 tsp of Ginger

1/2 tsp of Allspice

 1 cup (240ml) of Milk

1 Large Egg

2 tsp of Vanilla Extract

1/4th cup (70g) of Melted Butter

1 cup of pumpkin puree

METHOD OF PREPARATION 


1. Take a big bowl and then add 1.5 cups (180g) of All Purpose Flour, Follow the PHOTO & VIDEO TUTORIAL GUIDE BELOW.


2. Now add 1/4 cup of Sugar, 1 tbsp Baking powder, 3/4 tsp of Salt.


3. Then add 1 tsp of cinnamon, 1/2 tsp of Ginger, 1/2 tsp of Allspice and mix it well with the help of whisk and this is our dry mixture. 


4. Now take another bowl and add 1 cup (240ml) of Milk, 1 Large Egg, 2 tsp of Vanilla Extract.


5. Then add 1/4th cup (70g) of Melted Butter and 1 cup of pumpkin puree and mix these ingredients properly with the help of whisk.


6. After properly mixing, Now pour this into the dry mixture as you can see in the image below and mix it properly with the help of whisk. 

Note :- Don't over mix pancake batter Batter, because you want fluffy pancake and if you mix it too much, the gluten gets activated Nd they all go flat.


7. Plop a little butter on the pan, the butter makes it taste better, melt this on the medium heat.


8. Now grab a third of cup of your batter and plop it right onto your pan and you can use spoon to level the pancakes out and get them to be a bit flatter.

It is a very rich batter we have because of the pumpkin. 


9. Let it Cook on medium low flame, when you add little bit more sugar to the pancakes, they can brown quicker,

So you want a lower heat for a little bit longer time.


10. Keep the spatula ready so that you can check underneath to see how they are looking and when it gets brown colour, flip it to cook it from other side.


11. Repeat for the remaining batter and you will have to probably reduce the temperature that you are running at because your pan will get super hot.

So reduce the temperature as you needed. Nice  and slow is the way to go.
