INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
2 Liter Full Cream Milk
2 pinch Kesar(Saffron){Buy Now}
100g Rice
200g Sugar
2tbsp Kishmish(Raisins)
5-6 Almonds(cut into slices)
1/2tbsp Cardamom Powder

METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Take sauce pan, switch on the flame and then add 2 liter full cream milk and if you are using toned milk then add 2tbsp Malai(cream) to it for 1liter if 2 liter then add 4tbsp malai to it and then add 2 pinch Saffron (kesar) to it and switch the flame high and let this boil and mixing this intervally or stirring this for every 2-3 minutes.

Take sauce pan, switch on the flame and then add 2 liter full cream milk and if you are using toned milk then add 2tbsp Malai(cream) to it for 1liter if 2 liter then add 4tbsp malai to it and then add 2 pinch Saffron (kesar) to it and switch the flame high and let this boil and mixing this intervally or stirring this for every 2-3 minutes.
3. Now add 100g Rice to the electric blender and grind this for one only means we don't want to make this into powder form and soak this into the large amount of water for 15 minutes.
4. Now add the soaked rice to this and boil it again at high flame and stirring it well properly for every 2 minutes interval so that rice don't set at the bottom of the pan and this Cooking process of milk will take 25-30 minutes.
5. When the rice present in this cooked well then add 2tbsp Raisins (Kishmish), 5-6 Almonds(cut into slices) and 200g of Sugar and stirring it continuously and boil it for 3-4 minutes more.
6. Now add 1/2tbsp Cardamom Powder and boil it again and now you can see big bubbles in this kheer and switch off the flame.
