1 onion diced
3 garlic clove minced
1 bag cleaned kale
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1.5 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste
4.5 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil

METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Preheat the pan for a medium heat, add 2 tbsp olive oil.
2. Add 1 diced onion and saute it for 1 minute with continue stirring.
3. Then add 3 garlic clove minced and saute it for 20 seconds.
4. Take 1 bag cleaned kale, cut it and soak into water then drain the water and after that add in it.
5. Add 4.5 tbsp smart balanced butter, 1 tbsp onion powder, 1 tbsp garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste, 1.5 tsp lemon pepper seasoning, 1 tsp paprika.
6. Then add little bit of water and cover it with lid and let it steam for minutes.
7. Mix it, cover it with lid and let it cook for 8 minutes on medium heat and mix it up after 2 minutes interval.
8. Finally our Healthy Easy Kale Taste Good Recipe is ready to Serve.
