For Weight Loss Salad Recipe
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

1/2 Cucumber
1 Handful Cherry Tomatoes
1/4 Red Onion
1/8 cup of Parsley
1/2 Avocado
1/4 cup of Black Olives {Buy Now}
1/2 Cup of Grilled Chicken Breast
Juice of 1 Lemon
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and Black Pepper to Taste


METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Take a big bowl and take 1/2 Cucumber and chopped it into triangular shape as shown in picture and put it into the bowl and take 1 Handful Cherry Tomatoes and chopped it into half as shown in picture and take 1/4 Red Onion and sliced it and place it in the bowl.





2. Now take 1/8 cup of Parsley and chopped it finely.



3. Now take 1/2 Avocado and chopped it and add it into the bowl.

4. Add 1/4 cup of Black Olives, 1/2 Cup of Grilled Chicken Breast and also Juice of 1 Lemon, 2 tbsp Olive Oil and add Salt and Black Pepper to Taste.
