METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Take a big bowl and add 2 cups of Refined Flour, Salt to Taste, 1/2 cup of Milk and add some amount of water and mix it well and make it into dough.

3. Now add 4tsps Ghee to it and add little water and then mixing it well continuously by breaking this dough continuously and make into ball type dough and again cover it with Muslin Cloth and keep it aside for 1-2hours.
4. Now taking the support of bowls around the gas stove as shown in picture keep the wok(kadai) on it as done in the picture, we have kept the wok by fliping as shown in picture and heat the wok.
5. For Salt water, Take spray bottle and then add Some salt to it and then add sufficient amount of water to it and then cover it with cap and shake it well so that salt get's dissolved completely.
6. Now take small portions of dough and then dust the flour on the shelf and then press it with your hands as shown in picture and one more thing is that it's edges should be thin and then roll it with the help of roller properly and then make the edges thin of this properly and then roll it with your hands as shown in picture so that it stretches slightly.
7. Now spray the salt water to it and then add the prepared rumali roti on it and cook it from both sides by fliping it as done in picture and fold it just like a handkerchief and cook it from all sides by pressing it with Muslin Cloth and similarly make more rumali roti like this.
