10-12 Cleaned large Button Mushrooms
2 tsps Ginger Green Chilli Paste
Salt to Taste
2 tbsp Cashewnuts paste
4 tbsps Nutralite Cheesy Garlic Mayo{Buy Now}
1/2 Lemon Juice
Crushed Black Peppercorns to Taste
Micro Greens For Garnish
Fresh Red Chilli to Serve
Halved cherry Tomatoes to serve
Air Fryer{Buy Now}

METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Take 10-12 Cleaned large Button Mushrooms and make cross incison on the top of the mushrooms as shown in picture.
1. Take 10-12 Cleaned large Button Mushrooms and make cross incison on the top of the mushrooms as shown in picture.
2. Now take a bowl and then add 2 tsps Ginger Green Chilli Paste, Salt to Taste and then add the mushrooms to it.
3. Now take a another bowl and then add 4 tbsps Nutralite Cheesy Garlic Mayo, 2 tbsp Cashewnuts paste and mix it well and finally this marinate is ready.
4. Now add this prepared marinate to the mushrooms and also add 1/2 Lemon Juice and then mix it well properly and add salt to taste, Crushed Black Peppercorns to Taste and keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.
5. Now add this marinated mushrooms in the air fryer basket and also drizzle the remaining marinate on top and air fry it for 15 minutes at 180°C and then take them out from this air fryer.
6. Finally our Homemade Tandoori Mushrooms Recipe is ready to serve on plate and then garnish it with Onion Rings as well as garnish it with micro greens, Lemon Wedges and Cherry Tomatoes to serve.
