For Homemade Dahi Ke Kabab Recipe
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

1 kg Yoghurt (Dahi)
1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
2 chopped Green Chillies
Salt to Taste
1 tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves
1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
1/4 tsp Garam Masala
2 tbsp Sattu {Buy Now}
2 tbsp Oats Powder
1 tbsp Sugar Powder
1 Grated Onion
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 Cheese Cubes
Bread crumbs to coat
Oil to deep fry


METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Take 1kg Yoghurt then take a bowl and on top of this place the strainer and on this muslin cloth.




2. Now add the yoghurt in it and gather the sides of this muslin cloth and start squeezing it a little bit and be careful with this you can strain all the water and keep it in the refrigerator for about 6hrs so that all the water naturally comes out and after 6hr squeeze it again  and our hung Yoghurt is ready for kebab and lot of whey is comes out.








3. Now take a bowl and then add strained dahi to it 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
2 chopped Green Chillies, Salt to Taste, 1 tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves, 1/4 tsp Cumin Powder, 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
2 tbsp Sattu, 2 tbsp Oats Powder 1 tbsp Sugar Powder.














4. Now add grate 1 Onion, 1/4 tsp Black Pepper, grate 1 Cheese Cubes and mix it properly and i have added more 2tbsp Sattu and  2tbsp Oats Flour and mix it properly and now our dahi kebab mixture is ready.










5. Take a little bit of kebab mixture and shape it a little bit after that coat it with breadcrumbs and similarly make more dahi kebab in the same way.





6. Now deep fry all the prepared dahi kebab in hot oil or you can also cook it into the oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes and deep fry in medium high flame until it becomes golden colour.



7. Now Finally our Homemade Dahi Kebab Recipe is ready to serve hot with Onion chutney.
