For Homemade Green Chutney Recipe
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

1 Bunch of Coriander
Few Mint Leaves
1/2 or 1 tsp Lemon Juice
Salt as per Taste
1/4 tsp Sugar(optional)
1/4 - 1/2 cup Smooth Thick Yoghurt
Half a tomato
1/4 tsp of Cumin Seeds
Salt to Taste
1/2 a Green Chilli
Few Garlic Cloves
Half a inch of Ginger
A Chunk of Coconut
2tbsp of Roasted Chana Dal
Few Curry Leaves


METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. For 1st Type of Green Chutney Recipe, Take a blender jar and then add 1 Bunch of Coriander, Few Mint Leaves.


2. Now add 1tsp Lemon Juice and Salt to Taste and you can also add 1/4tsp sugar to it.


3. Now blend this properly to make it into smooth paste and if you want to add water make sure you are just a few drops not more than that.



4. Now transfer this prepared paste to the bowl and if you want to add ingredients such as Chat Masala, Black Salt or cloves powder then add pinch of this and now add 1/4 cup of thick smooth yoghurt to this and mix it really well.





5. Finally our 1st Variant(type) of Homemade Green Chutney Recipe is ready to serve.

6. For 2nd Variant, Take again Blender Jar and then again add a bunch of coriander, half a tomato, 1/4 tsp of Cumin Seeds, Salt to Taste, 1/2 a Green Chilli, half a inch of Ginger and blend this properly to make this into a smooth paste and Finally our 2nd Type of Homemade Coriander Chutney Recipe is ready to serve with your favourite dish.

7. For 3rd Variant (Type), Take a Blender Jar and then add Bunch of Coriander, few Garlic Cloves, Half a Green Chilli, A chunk of Coconut, 1/4tsp of Cumin Seeds, 2tbsp of Roasted Chana Dal, Few Curry Leaves, Salt to Taste, 1/4 cup of Water and blend it make it into a smooth paste and finally our 3rd Type of Homemade Green Chutney Recipe is ready to serve.
