INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
250ml (1 cup) thickened cream or heavy cream or whipping cream
150g (1 cup) sweet chocolate (45% coco solids)
1 bread for chocolate brownie
1 tsp butter
1 cup chopped nuts
2 tbsp cold milk
1/4 cup chopped strawberry
2 chocolate wafers
4 oreos cookies
Some heart cookies

METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Take non stick pan, add 250ml (1 cup) thickened cream, switch the flame on medium heat.
2. Then add 150g (1 cup) sweet chocolate (45% coco solids) and mixing it well until it is melted and mixed well with heavy cream.
3. Now switch the flame off and transfer it in the bowl and let it cool at room temperature.
4. Now take 1 piece of bread, I am using brown bread piece (you can also use white bread), Cut its sides and ends and cut it into small four pieces as you can see in the image below.
5. Add 1 tsp butter to the pan and let it melt and then and then roast this pieces of bread from both sides at medium heat flame.
6. When it gets roast then coat it with the cream chocolate mixture that we have prepared in the 3rd step, coat this roast bread pieces from both sides.
7. Then also cover both sides with chopped nuts and our instant brownies ready keep it in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
8. Now add 2 tbsp cold milk in the remaining chocolate mixture and mix it well.
9. Take 4 oreos Biscuits and add it into the zip lock bag and crush it into the small pieces.
10. Now take serving glass, add chocolate mixture that we have prepared, then add prepared brownies into small pieces, 1/4 cup chopped strawberry, crushed oreos biscuits.
11. Then add remaining chopped nuts, a scoop of chocolate ice cream and again layer it with crushed oreos and chopped nuts.
12. Finally our Homemade Sundae Recipe is ready to serve, Decorate it with wafer and heart cookie.
