INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
1cup Sweet Corn
50gm Beans (Chopped)
2 Green Onion ( Chopped separate green & white part)
Ginger & Garlic Chopped
1 small Carrot chopped
2tbsp Butter
1tsp salt
2tsp sugar
1/2 tsp white pepper powder or black pepper powder
1tbsp corn starch
1tsp vinegar
1-2tbsp fresh cream

1/2 tsp white pepper powder or black pepper powder
1tbsp corn starch
1tsp vinegar
1-2tbsp fresh cream
METHOD OR PREPARATION
1. First take a grinder & add 1/2cup of sweet corn with some water, now our sweet corn paste is ready.

2. Now Heat the Kadai on medium high flame & add 2tbsp butter & chopped garlic and ginger & saute it for 2-3 minutes & then add all green veggies like chopped green part & white part of onion, 1chopped carrot, chopped beans & saute it also for 2-3 minutes.
3. Now add 1lt water to it, 1tsp salt, 2tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp white pepper powder ( you can also add black pepper powder if you don't have white pepper powder).
4. Now add prepared grinded corn paste & remaining 1/2 cup sweet corn & let it boil for 10-15 minutes.
5. Now in small bowl containing water add tbsp corn starch & mix well & then add it to the kadai & stirring it continuously while adding cornstarch solution.
6. Now add 1tsp Vinegar, 1-2tbsp fresh cream , it would help in increasing the flavor of sweet corn soup, you can also add green chill sauce also.
7. Now our Sweet Corn Soup is ready to serve, Pour this soup in serving bowl.
