For Homemade Aloo Gobi Recipe
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
2-3 tbsp Oil
2 Aloo/Potato (Cuted medium size)
1 Gobi(cuted into medium-small pieces)
1tsp Salt
1tsp Cumin
1inch Ginger
1 Green Chilli
2 piece Tomatoes(chopped)
1tsp Kasmiri Red Chilli{Buy Now}
1tsp Coriander Powder
1/4tsp Turmeric Powder
1 cup Curd
1/2 Glass Water
2tbsp Freshly Coriander
1/2tsp Garam Masala {Buy Now}

1 Gobi(cuted into medium-small pieces)
1tsp Salt
1tsp Cumin
1inch Ginger
1 Green Chilli
2 piece Tomatoes(chopped)
1tsp Kasmiri Red Chilli{Buy Now}
1tsp Coriander Powder
1/4tsp Turmeric Powder
1 cup Curd
1/2 Glass Water
2tbsp Freshly Coriander
1/2tsp Garam Masala {Buy Now}

METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Take a wok and then add 2-3tbsp Oil and heat it and when the oil get's hot then Switch the flame high and then add cuted Cauliflower (gobi) and cuted aloo(Potatoes), also add 1tsp Salt and cook or stir fry it for 3-4 minutes or till it becomes golden brown in colour and also stirring it continuously.

Take a wok and then add 2-3tbsp Oil and heat it and when the oil get's hot then Switch the flame high and then add cuted Cauliflower (gobi) and cuted aloo(Potatoes), also add 1tsp Salt and cook or stir fry it for 3-4 minutes or till it becomes golden brown in colour and also stirring it continuously.
2. Now take out the aloo and gobi from the wok(kadai) and then add 1tsp Cumin in the same wok and also add 1inch Ginger(cuted into sliced) and then add 1 Green Chilli (cuted into sliced) and if you don't like green chilli then don't add and then cook it for a minute.
3. Now add 2 piece chopped Tomatoes and then switch the flame medium and then cook it for 2-3 minutes so that it soften cooked well. Now add spices like 1tsp Red Chilli, 1tsp Coriander Powder, 1/4tsp Turmeric Powder and cook or roast this spices on medium flame properly and make sure that spices doesn't burn and you can see that oil is absorbed properly.
4. Now switch the flame high and then add 1 cup Yoghurt and continuously stirring it till the boiling start occur and if which you Tomatoes used are some sour in taste then you can also add some sugar to it but i didn't add sugar to it because which i Tomatoes used are sweet in taste.
5. Now add cooked aloo and gobi to it and mix it properly and then add 1/2 Glass of Water to it and mix it well and then cover it with the lid and steam or cook it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame and it is done because all the flavours will get absorbed properly in gobi and then aloo(Potatoes) will soften properly also.
6. Now add the 2tbsp Freshly Coriander, 1/2tsp Garam Masala and switch the flame off and mix it well properly.
