For Homemade Makki Di Roti Recipe
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

2 cups Cornmeal + For Greasing{Buy Now}
Salt to Taste
2.5tbsp Whole Wheat Flour
1tbsp Ghee + for basting
Oil for greasing

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Take a bowl and add 1.5 cup of Cornmeal, 2tbsp Whole Wheat Flour.


2. Now add Salt to Taste, 1tbsp Ghee and mix it well with your hands properly.





3. Now add water as required and knead it together to make it into stiff dough and then cover it with muslin cloth and set it aside for 10-15 minutes.






4. Now take a plastic film sheet as shown in picture and then apply oil it for greasing and then take a small amount of dough from larger one and then place it on the sheet and place the another part of sheet onto it and press it with your hands so that it flatten into thick roti as shown in picture and then remove it from the sheet and similarly make more rotis like this.







5. Now take a non stick pan and then heat it and then add the prepared roti on it and cook it from both sides with ghee as shown in picture and cook till light brown colour appears.
