INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
1 cup of butter
3 cups of whole kernel corn (fresh & frozen)
1 cup of Onion diced
1 cup of Celery diced
1/2 cup of Red Bell Peppers diced
3 cloves of minced garlic
1 cup of flour
Seafood Stock as Required
2 cups of heavy whipping cream
2 big pinches of chopped parsley
2 big pinches of chopped green onion
White Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
1 pound of lump crab meat

METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Take bowl, switch on the flame and add 1 cup of butter, 3 cups of whole kernel corn that could be fresh and frozen.
2. Add 1 cup of Onion diced, 1 cup of Celery diced and stir this well.
3. Then add 1/2 cup of Red Bell Peppers diced and 3 cloves of minced garlic.
4. Saute it well until onion becomes translucent.
5. Then add 1 cup of flour and mix it well and cook it for about 3 to 5 minutes.
After this you will observe that the moisture has been removed and it get's pasty consistency.
6. Now add Seafood Stock little by little and make sure to stir it continuously while adding little by little.
7. Then Heat this almost to a boil with continuous stirring for about 5 to 10 minutes and then add 2 cups of heavy whipping cream and stiring this continuously and lower the heat, don't want it to be boil at this point so be careful at this moment.
8. Now add 2 big pinches of chopped parsley, 2 big pinches of chopped green onion and stir this properly.
9. Then add White Pepper to taste, Salt to taste and stir it properly.
10. And now add 1 pound of lump crab meat and turn off the flame and mix it well.
11. Finally our Homemade Crab Bisque Recipe is ready to Serve.
