For Rabri Recipe

1 Litre Prema milk
1/4 cup of Crumbled Khoya {Buy Now}
Sugar 3-4 tbsp or to taste
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
1.5 tbsp crushed Almonds 
1.5 tbsp crushed Pistachio {Buy Now} 


1. Take a Wok and add 1litre milk and bring it to boil and cook on low flame for 1 hour & keep sticking cream on the sides of the wok until half it becomes quantity of milk remains in the wok as shown in the picture.

2. Now add 1/4 cup crumbled khoya, mix it well completely and cook this on low flame for 4-5 minutes.

3. Now add 3-4 tbsp sugar or to taste and mix it well and then cook until sugar is dissolved completely.

4. Now add 1/2 tsp cardamom powder, 1.5tbsp Crushed Almonds, 1.5 tbsp Crushed Pistachio (Pista) and mix it well and also scarp all cream from the sides of the wok,mix gently and let it cool down.
